OUR STORY

Several years ago, our teenage daughter grew tired of pulling wires and handling itchy insulation in the walls of the new homes we were building. She convinced her dad to let her leave those duties to work in our rental office instead. Such is the joy of working in a family-owned business.

Our family’s journey began with “Pop” Arthur, who started building new homes in Southern Indiana in 1968. Over the years, Kevin and Rhea Arthur built their first apartment building in Seymour. Since then, we have constructed or acquired over 260 rental units while continuing to build new homes. The Arthur children and grandchildren have been involved in everything from pouring footers and framing to maintaining rental properties and preparing them for new tenants.

Brett Arthur serves as Vice President and is in charge of construction and operations, while his wife, Stephanie Arthur, acts as the office manager.
